Our Code of Conduct outlines the guest standards we follow to keep P2tEcostay a safe, respectful, and eco-conscious place for everyone.
At P2tEcostay Resort, we want every guest to feel safe, respected, and comfortable. This Code of Conduct sets expectations for behavior during your stay and on our property, including guest rooms, dining areas, shared facilities, and curated experiences.
Respect, Kindness, and Safety
Please treat all guests and staff with courtesy. Follow safety instructions from our team, keep noise at a reasonable level, and use equipment and facilities responsibly.
Property Care
Help us keep the resort clean and welcoming. Damage or theft may result in charges and/or removal from the property without refund.
Eco-Responsibility
Since we operate as an eco-resort, we ask guests to be mindful of water and energy use, avoid littering, and follow guidelines for wildlife and natural areas.
Harassment and Discrimination
Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior is not allowed. We may require immediate intervention to protect the safety and wellbeing of others.
Reporting Issues
If you witness unsafe or disruptive behavior, report it to our reception team as soon as possible so we can address the situation promptly.
Enforcement
P2tEcostay may refuse service, limit access, or ask guests to leave when necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Our decisions are based on safety impact and the nature of the conduct involved.
